SMS Terms
We will not share your SMS opt-in information with any third party for any reason other than to deliver the specific services associated with our messaging program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. However, we may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that assist us in providing messaging services, such as platform providers and telephone carriers, solely to deliver text messages on our behalf.
Children's Privacy
The Portal is intended for use by adults. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, Portal, and services are directed to people who are at least 18 years old.
